The 3 essentials for your LLC
Registered Agent
You must designate an Entity or a person who will receive hand delivered legal notices on behalf of your entity. This Entity or person must be available during business hours M-F at a physical location within the State where the LLC is formed.
EIN
This is a unique number that will serve as your Entity`s SSN. You will need this number to open a business bank account, file your Taxes, hiring employees for you business, building relationship with suppliers.
Annual Report Filling
